MS Project is a famous software dealing easily with project management processes and enables Project Team Members to manage tasks, collaborate, submit time sheets, and flag issues and risks.

With the cooperation of Delta Technopreneurs association we organize a 3-days event teaching MS Project with an application project for the students to start handle their plans , schedules , Human Resources , Project Calendars and Cost Estimation .

4) Making Dependencies
5) Entering Constraint Dates for Tasks
6) Managing Schedule Conflicts
7) Changing the Work Time (Calendars)
Day 2 :
** Working with the Schedule :
1) Using and defining Filters
2) Changing Views
3) Using the Network Diagram
4) Working with Tables
5) Using the Global File and the Organizer to set standards and exchange Views
6) Customizing Microsoft Project

** Resources :
1) Defining Resources
2) Assigning Resources
3) Identifying Resource Conflicts using the many Resource Views
4) Managing Resource Conflicts

**Tracking Projects :
1) Setting the Baseline
2) Setting the Status Date
3) Updating the Project
4) Rescheduling the Project
5) Comparing the Baseline Plan vs. the Current Plan
